Item condition, explained

We grade every item using the definitions below. Any imperfections are clearly listed in the condition notes, with photos so you know exactly what to expect.

Open Box
Unused and may be in its original packaging, with all parts included. The box may have been opened and may show signs of handling (e.g. dents or tears). These are often returns or display items.

Like New
Very lightly used, with minimal signs of wear. No original packaging, but all parts included. Any marks are small and not noticeable in everyday use.

Gently Used
Shows visible signs of use (e.g. light scratches, minor fabric wear), but fully functional and in good working order. Any notable imperfections or missing items are listed in the condition notes.

Condition notes: This pushchair was used for just one week before being stored. It is in excellent condition and has a single minor scratch on one side of the frame. Includes carrycot, rain cover, and parasol clip. Sold as seen.
