Our Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
To start a return, please use our returns portal. Items returned without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received — including all parts, accessories, and packaging. We ask that you retain the original packaging during the returns period to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if an item is returned in a worse condition than when it was sent to you.
Arranging Your Return
We arrange return shipping on your behalf to ensure the correct service is used. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label or arrange collection, as applicable.
For larger items, courier collection may be required. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange and quote for collection separately.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is charged at our standard rates based on item size:

The standard rate applies regardless of whether you originally paid for next-day delivery.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@rekiddle.com as soon as possible. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Rekiddle at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
Your refund will include the original purchase price and standard delivery charge for the initial delivery, minus the return shipping cost (see table above).
If you paid for next-day delivery, only the standard delivery charge will be refunded — the next-day delivery upgrade is non-refundable.
If more than 14 days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rekiddle.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed hygiene or health protection products that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain baby feeding products)
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
