Product Condition Definitions

Open Box: The Product has never been used and comes with its original packaging with all parts included. The box has been opened, and there may be damage to it. Typically, these items are returns or display models.

Like New: The Product shows minimal signs of use but will not have the original packaging. All parts are included. Any imperfections are minor, such as scuffs or scratches, and are not visible from a distance. Fabric may be creased from washing but is otherwise in perfect condition.

Gently Used: The Product may have visible signs of use, such as scratches, loose threads or faded fabric. It will also have superficial marks but is otherwise undamaged and in perfect working order. The condition notes list the most significant imperfections or missing items.

Condition notes: Fabric in excellent condition, with just one small mark in the under-basket. The foam padding beneath the carrycot fabric is showing some wear. (As confirmed with the manufacturer, the foam is only used to protect the fabric and doesn’t affect the use or comfort of the carrycot.) Light scratches on the frame are consistent with gentle use. Includes rain cover, footmuff, carrycot and all manuals.
