Product Condition Definitions

Open Box: The Product has never been used and comes with its original packaging with all parts included. The box has been opened, and there may be damage to it. Typically, these items are returns or display models.

Like New: The Product shows minimal signs of use but will not have the original packaging. All parts are included. Any imperfections are minor, such as scuffs or scratches, and are not visible from a distance. Fabric may be creased from washing but is otherwise in perfect condition.

Gently Used: The Product may have visible signs of use, such as scratches, loose threads or faded fabric. It will also have superficial marks but is otherwise undamaged and in perfect working order. The condition notes list the most significant imperfections or missing items.

The width of the seat area is adjustable to ensure that your baby is always sitting comfortably. Naturally, you can also adjust the sturdy head and neck support to suit your baby perfectly.
  • Can I use Baby Carrier Move for my newborn baby?
    Yes, you can use Baby Carrier Move for your newborn baby (3.2 kg/ 7 lbs) and no extra infant insert is necessary. Please remember that the leg straps should be used to reduce the size of the leg openings for babies between 3.2 and 4.5 kg (7 and 9 lbs ). Baby Carrier Move then ‘grows’ with your child and can be used up to the age of 15 months (12 kg/ 26 lbs). If you mainly want a baby carrier to use for your newborn, we also suggest Baby Carrier Mini.
  • Can I carry my child in the facing-out position with Baby Carrier Move?
    Baby Carrier Move is well suited to carrying in the facing-out position, but please remember that your child should be at least five months old and able to hold their head up unaided when you carry in this position.
  • Can I use Baby Carrier Move to carry my child on my back?
    No. If you’re looking for a baby carrier for back carrying, then Baby Carrier One or Baby Carrier One Air will be ideal!

  • Can I machine wash the baby carrier? Yes, it’s super easy to clean – just machine wash at 40°C. While the baby carrier can handle frequent washing, let’s do our part for the planet: use lower wash temperatures and don’t over-wash. For minor stains, a quick wipe with a damp cloth usually does the trick. Plus our products are free from any harmful levels of substances, so there’s no need to wash them before their first use.
  • Is it safe for my baby to suck on the baby carrier? Yes, we’ve chosen to certify our materials under either OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Ö 07-091, RISE, Class 1 or bluesign® Grade A – for products designed for babies and close-to-skin contact.
